QPM has the policy to enhance staff knowledge by encourage reading habit. Staff is entitled to borrow variety of books from our in-house library comprising text book, fiction, articles, news, magazines. Not only knowledge that staff will gain, we also run the campaign of Reader of the Month' contest.
